The venture on the Cosy Garden Brand started some 10 years ago; at a time when the real estate sector was booming and conducive for investment in secondary residences. Unlike other developers who were prioritizing apartment type projects, we decided to venture on quality rather than quantity; henceforth the consistency we have brought in the Garden Projects which has reached number 5 in 2022.
